Pure enjoyment - on and off the track

You are right in the heart of the Dachstein-West ski region with 142 kilometers of groomed slopes and 66 lifts. From Rußbach, you can ski all the way to Gosau and Annaberg while enjoying the magnificent mountain panorama with Gosaukamm and Dachstein.

You will be spoiled with regional delicacies in the ski huts, and the fun slopes (fun park, Marcel Hirscher race track, Wilde Hilde, mogul piste Donnergroll) will provide plenty of excitement. Treat your car to a vacation too - the free ski bus conveniently picks you up right in front of our house and takes you to the valley station in Rußbach, which is approximately 1.2 kilometers away.

The ideal practice area for both young and adult beginners is located right next to the Hornbahn Rußbach valley station.

FREE SKI TICKET FOR CHILDREN IN THE DACHSTEIN WEST SKI REGION

 

 

 

Free ski ticket for children! Children up to 15 years old (born in 2005 or later) ski for free in the Dachstein West ski region when at least 1 parent or 1 grandparent purchases a full-rate ski ticket for the same duration as the child’s ski ticket (valid from the purchase of a 5-day ski ticket).

 

Off the slopes

 

 

 

Explore the area on a snowshoe hike or enjoy the winter scenery while hiking. If a cross-country skiing tour in Gosau or Abtenau seems too strenuous, you can relax wrapped in blankets during a horse-drawn carriage ride.

 

NEW  since 2020seit 2020: the first snowshoe trail on the Zwieselalm!

 

The Dachstein Glacier within reach. The marked trail starts directly at the mountain station (8-seater Panorama Jet).

Walking time: 1 – 1.5 hours

Marking: The trail is marked with red poles and yellow signs every 30 – 40 meters.
